In the heart of the castle, our dining rooms can accommodate up to 100 guests. The team offers generous, convivial cuisine inspired by the culinary expertise of the Forez region.
All our recipes are prepared on site, with particular attention paid to seasonal produce and local producers: an ideal formula for your stays, seminars and events.
Catering is reserved for groups, by reservation only: please do not hesitate to contact us to organise a package tailored to your visit.
In summer, the La Caravane de Goutelas food truck also offers light Forez-style meals to all visitors.
