In Ambert, Feurs and Montbrison, but also in her shop at Dizangue in Sauvain, Fabienne Vray makes and sells some 17 tonnes of fresh saucisson each year.
Opening period
All year round on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday between 3 pm and 6 pm. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 9 am and 12 pm.
